Clients must:

Clients are responsible for ensuring the treatment environment is:

• Clean

• Accessible

• Free from hazards

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services in unsafe, threatening, inappropriate, or unsanitary environments.
Additional travel fees may apply depending on location and distance.

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to cancellation fees.

No-shows and repeated last-minute cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
